Topping the list of things to be thankful for in my life is my family. I’m blessed to have been raised in one of those families that are always at the church. My parents and aunts and uncles are Sunday school teachers and choir members, my cousins play in our church band, my grandmother was once the church secretary, and my grandfather keyed all the locks in our building. We’re very close and get together for random dinners, shopping trips, and game nights. This week I ventured with my youth choir down to the UPCI General Conference in Columbus, Ohio, where I was reminded that the Pentecostal realm is one big family as well. If you don’t know someone, you probably know someone who knows that someone. It was such a great time catching up with friends, grabbing a quick hug from this person or that one. And watching so many others do the same. Then I came home, worn out, filled with pleasant memories, and sat down to work on 90&9. That was when I realized what a big family we’ve all become. We may have moved to a new house (isn’t our new look fun?), but we have the same elements as before: amazing readers, contributors, and staff. And though I may not know your faces, I’ve come to know so many of you through the words that you write. What an incredible family! ~SarahK
